At a huge cross road in my fitness. Knee is in major pain, my back at times I'm unable to walk. Having to take muscle
relaxer to get though my day. Then to top it off My weight is stuck at 289, which seems like a huge number. But it was 350 in June so that is a better number . I need, nope i most fight though this pain and keep moving. Because 289 might be a better number the bottom line i will maintain heath issues at this weight and the goal. Is to be a
