Been a battle, But a Battle will only make you stronger!!
Been a Battle Week. Battle with my Fitness, my Career, balancing the normal life. A desire to rest lost to a GREATER desire to not be 350 again. I see better things for me at 250. LIke? More option for a career, fitness, enjoying life better, being a better role model for my wife and son. Leading other people into rebuild mode. Teaching and rebuilding other people that are lost like I was. Making fitness affordable, enjoyable and long lasting success to a population of people that often get left in the fitness race. I see 273 as a battle and I'm going to stand up and be 268 May. With 250 being a realistic goal .
